If you have a large backlog of receipts that you want to get scanned, Shoeboxed can help. Depending on how many you have, you can decide to catch up over time through the Mail-In Classic or Mail-In Express memberships, or you can sign up for bulk scanning on top of your membership.

You can fill each of your Receipt Mail-In envelopes up to capacity, so you can catch up your backlog over the course of several cycles if you want. If you have more than 1,000 receipts that you want scanned, we recommend that you do bulk scanning.

For a bulk scan order, we can scan and upload many thousands of receipts in just a couple of days. You are responsible for shipping them to us in whatever container makes sense (i.e. a box, large envelope, etc.). We scan them and upload them into your account, and we pay for the shipping back to you.

Bulk scanning is the fastest way to scan and back up your backlog of receipts. Then you can continue your Receipt Mail-In membership so you will never have such a backlog again.
