Announcing Shoeboxed Mobile!

On the go? Now you can take Shoeboxed with you!
We’re excited to announce the launch of Shoeboxed Mobile (Beta), which will allow you to keep track of your receipts and business cards as you get them. With Shoeboxed Mobile, you can send in photos of your receipts and business cards to a special email address, and they will be uploaded into your Shoeboxed account with all the relevant information. Shoeboxed Mobile works with virtually any camera phone with email capabilities.

What are your mobile email addresses?

You can find out by visiting the Shoeboxed Mobile page in your Shoeboxed account. Each and every Shoeboxed user gets 5 free mobile uploads so you can try it out!

Send in receipts and business cards with your phone

  1. Snap a photo of a receipt or business card
  2. Email it to Shoeboxed using your special address
  3. Watch as Shoeboxed processes the data for you and uploads it into your account

When we receive your email, the photo attachments will be entered into our processing queue, where the information from the receipt or business card will be entered for you within 1 business day.

You can use Shoeboxed Mobile without a cameraphone

You can also send in images to Shoeboxed Mobile from any computer. Got a bunch of receipt or business card images on your computer? Email them to Shoeboxed Mobile and we’ll scan them and enter the data from them for you.

    I would like to be able to use the app to see all my receipts. Is this something you are planning on adding in the future

    While we do hope to add the ability to view all receipts inside the app, we do not have a planned release date for this feature.
