This past week Shoeboxed kicked off our first ever team spirit week! Besides the tacky outfits and quirky team building activities, the purpose of the week was honing in and refining the company’s vision, core values, product offerings and most importantly, customer-centricity.
A large part of continuing our success is making sure we are keeping up with the needs of our customers and providing them with the best product possible. The Shoeboxed spirit week wasn’t just about connecting with our team — it was about connecting with our customers. Over the past eight years, we’ve been working diligently to build an outstanding product. A product can only be as great as the communication the builders have with its users, which is why Spirit Week was dedicated to pulling the curtains back and working together with our customers in an energized and collaborative environment.
In retrospect, our inaugural Spirit week was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without your feedback. We appreciate everyone who has taken time to speak with us over the past week and we’re excited to get back to drawing board to continue to adapt our products!
