The next time you export your Shoeboxed documents to a PDF or Excel file, you’ll notice that we’ve added a table that shows the total amount spent by each category!
With our new PDF and Excel exports, you can see how much money you spent on the different categories in your Shoeboxed account. This feature is especially useful if you use our reports for expense reporting. No more manually calculating the total amount spent by category!
As always, you can create reports limited by date range or to only include certain categories, but each PDF and Excel report will now contain category totals at the bottom of the report.
