Shoeboxed is moving to a new address!

Great news! Shoeboxed.com is moving to an amazing new office, quadrupling our
capacity and giving us plenty of room to grow and improve our service. Our
address will officially change on March 1, 2011 to:

Shoeboxed.com
112 Broadway St
Suite B
Durham, NC 27701

Don’t worry! Now and throughout the entire month of March our old address
will continue to work just fine. We have already set up forwarding and safety
precautions with UPS, FedEx and the Postal Service to be certain that your
packages continue to arrive securely at our processing facility.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. Our address change ONLY affects you if you send packages to us via FedEx
or UPS. Our big blue Shoeboxed envelopes and all packages sent via regular
postal mail still come to our PO Box (PO Box 1411, Durham, NC 27702).

2. Starting today, go ahead and start using our new Broadway St. address.

3. Don’t worry if you have packages in transit or pre-printed labels with
the old address on them still in use. Our old address will continue to work
smoothly from now until the end of March 2011. We will notify you again by
email next to remind you of the address change.

We are incredibly excited about Shoeboxed’s growth and expansion
and want to thank you for your continued support! We will add a blog post
soon with some pictures and stories about the new office. For starters, it
has a 90-foot-long dry erase whiteboard in it!

Don’t hesitate to email our support team with any questions or concerns you
have at help (at) team.shoeboxed.com.

    Congratulations on your move!

Congrats on the new move– but why didn’t you just buy IdeaPaint and paint the walls into a whiteboard… Then you wouldn’t have to waste money on a 90 foot whiteboard!

  • Lisa

When will you update your “Help” page to reflect the new address?

Thanks! We actually did use whiteboard paint and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
