Shoeboxed Releases Enhanced Document Tables and New User Friendly Help Widget

If you logged in to your Shoeboxed account today you most likely noticed a series of great new improvements across your favorite web application!

This morning The Shoeboxed Development Team rolled out a series of exciting updates, including faster, smoother document tables and a brand new user friendly help widget.

Shoeboxed’s beautiful new document tables, beyond being easier one the eye, also load faster than their predecessors and provide users with the ability to sort their receipts by date added. In addition, these new and improved document tables now feature a column that displays the medium through which you submitted or sent that particular piece of paper clutter to us. How organized, eh?! Speaking of sending us your paper clutter, thanks to our new help widget it’s now easier than ever for users to see all of the countless ways they can send receipts, business cards, bills and other documents to Shoeboxed HQ. Whether it by mail, e-mail, mobile phone, computer or scanner, Shoeboxed will happily accept your paper clutter anytime, anywhere. All you have to do is take a peek at our help widget (conveniently located on the right side of your Shoeboxed dashboard), choose the submission methods that are most convenient for you, and you’ll be organized before you know it!

New & Improved Shoeboxed Mobile Functionality and The Shoeboxed Jar of Knowledge

Attention Shoeboxed users: Shoeboxed is overjoyed to announce that we are now accepting multi-page PDF submissions through either of your Shoeboxed Mobile e-mail addresses! Last week our talented team of developers rolled out a new series of improvements, chief among them a new functionality that allows you to send or forward any multi-page PDF receipt, invoice or bill directly to either of your Shoeboxed Mobile e-mail addresses for immediate processing.

In the office? On the go? Scanning in physical receipts from your home scanner? We’re not picky! Simply attach any multi-page PDF to an e-mail and send it to either of your Shoeboxed Mobile e-mail addresses anytime, anywhere. Then we’ll scan, OCR, and data verify the entire document. It’s really that easy!

Never used your Shoeboxed Mobile e-mail before? Can’t find the addresses? No problem! You can locate your Shoeboxed Mobile e-mail addresses by logging in to your Sheoboxed Account and then clicking on the section labeled “Shoeboxed Mobile,” located on the left side navigation of your screen:

In other news, The Shoeboxed team has been consuming large quantities of Snapple recently (a recent office poll confirmed that Snapple really is made from the best stuff on earth) and we’ve been doing our best to share the fun, real fact under each lid with all of you via Twitter.

Here’s how it works: First we all drink a ton of Snapple, then we meticulously collect each Snapple lid in The Shoeboxed Jar of Knowledge, and finally we tweet at least one of these facts every day for your pleasure and enjoyment. For those of you who follow @Shoeboxed on Twitter, you’re now full of all sorts of fun random knowledge thanks to Shoeboxers’ endless thirst for Snapple. For those of you who don’t follow us on Twitter, we encourage you to change that ASAP!

Our goal is to collect and tweet all 1,000 facts. Think we can do it? Either way, it looks like we’re going to need a new jar of knowledge soon, as this one is about to overflow!
