You can now filter and sort your expenses by credit card!
Using our new filter you can sort your receipts by credit card in seconds. You can also create reports that only include purchases made on that card. Once you have sorted your receipts by a particular credit card, simply select all and choose “Export Receipts” from the dropdown menu to create your report!
The next time you export your Shoeboxed documents to a PDF or Excel file, you’ll notice that we’ve added a table that shows the total amount spent by each category!
With our new PDF and Excel exports, you can see how much money you spent on the different categories in your Shoeboxed account. This feature is especially useful if you use our reports for expense reporting. No more manually calculating the total amount spent by category!
If you’ve never tried one of these export options, you can find the instructions for creating a PDF report here and instructions for creating an Excel report here.
As always, you can create reports limited by date range or to only include certain categories, but each PDF and Excel report will now contain category totals at the bottom of the report.
