Jonathan Fleming is President and CEO of Jonathan Fleming & Associates, an innovative real estate sales and marketing company based in San Francisco. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Jonathan is proud to offer his professional experience, can-do energy, and firsthand knowledge of local neighborhoods to help people buy and sell great properties. With an avid passion for his vocation, Fleming hosts monthly workshops throughout the Bay Area about First-Time Home Buyer programs, FHA Lending programs, Nurse Home Buying programs, 1031 Tax Exchange, Foreclosure REO properties, and Baby Boomer home-selling seminars. When he’s not working Jonathan enjoys exploring Oakland and San Francisco, finding new restaurants and hiking in the Bay Area’s beautiful coastlines.
