We just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who filled out our recent customer support survey! We sincerely appreciate you taking a few minutes out of your day to let us know how we’re doing and how we can improve. We read all of your responses and will be using them to make our support department better. The two main comments we received were that we can improve our Help Desk articles and provide more detailed responses to customers’ questions, so we’re focusing on those two improvements and hope you see the change over the coming months. We will send around another survey in a few months to make sure we’re improving!
Overall, we’re excited to announce that our customer support department received an excellent rating by a majority of customers in all four of our key areas: helpfulness, timeliness, friendliness and quality of responses.
